The one-day gorilla trekking expedition will take place in the magnificent Volcanoes National Park, located in the northwestern region of Rwanda. This protected area is home to the iconic mountain gorillas, one of the world's most endangered species.You will have the unique opportunity to embark on a guided trek through the lush, misty forests of the Volcanoes National Park in search of the majestic mountain gorillas. Led by experienced guides and trackers, the trekking experience will offer a rare chance to observe these gentle giants in their natural habitat.
During the trek, you will witness the gorillas engaging in their natural behaviors, such as feeding, playing, and interacting with one another. They will have the privilege of spending an allotted time (typically one hour) in the presence of the gorilla family, observing their intricate social dynamics and gaining a deeper understanding of their unique way of life.
